Provides real estate industry professionals a way to thank clients at the end of a transaction by making a donation in their name. In return, we send a care package to the client, detailing the donation made on their behalf and highlighting the positive impact we’re making together.
A special initiative of Agents vs. Cancer that offers unique, once-in-a-lifetime experiences for individuals and families affected by cancer. Donations to this program help create memorable moments and provide opportunities that bring joy and respite during challenging times. Your support directly contributes to creating these unforgettable experiences for those in need.
Refers to the primary financial resource of the Agents vs. Cancer foundation. When you make a donation to this fund, it helps cover essential operational costs, allowing the foundation to effectively carry out its mission and support cancer communities nationwide. Your contribution plays a crucial role in sustaining our activities and making a positive impact in the fight against cancer.
The purpose of this contract is to outline the terms and conditions under which Agents vs. Cancer and [Charitable Partner Name] will collaborate for charitable purposes.
All donations made to Agents vs. Cancer for the benefit of our charitable partners will be allocated as follows:
**10%** of the total donations will remain with Agents vs. Cancer to support its ongoing charitable mission.
**90%** of the total donations will be dispersed to designated charitable partner on a monthly basis.
Agents vs. Cancer is granted the right to accept donations on behalf of said charitable partner.
All donor data collected during this process will be shared with selected charitable partner on a monthly basis, alongside the disbursement of funds.
Any intellectual property created collaboratively by Agents vs. Cancer and said agent, broker or charitable partner during the course of said partnership shall be jointly owned by both parties, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Both parties hereby grant each other authorization to use their respective logos, trademarks, and other marketing materials for the purpose of cross-promotion for said charitable initiatives.
Any use of logos and marketing materials must be pre-approved in by the respective party prior to dissemination.
This agreement may be amended only by mutual written consent of both parties.
Either party may terminate this agreement with a written notice of 30 days to the other party.
This contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California and the IRS
90% of every donation is used for our events and charitable recipients. The remaining 10% is utilized to operate our organization. We utilize this 10% to increase the size of our foundation, simply put, the more people that know who we are, the more families we can help.
